My focus is on helping resolve issues or complaints raised by your employees. These concerns usually involve some kind of alleged misconduct. Sometimes concerns are elevated to management through prescribed channels, or you may hear of them second or third hand. Regardless, you have an obligation to investigate any issues that come to your attention. I can help!

The short answer is no and no. That said, I warmly welcome working with your attorney, with your HR leadership, and any other business leaders that are appropriate under the circumstances.

Absolutely not! Although my specialty is workplace investigations, I offer wrap-around HR and business management services that help you get out in front of the problems that keep you up at night.

Unfortunately I do not offer what’s known as ‘fractional HR’. That said, I know lots of consultants who do, and am happy to make referrals.
